Originally started by Cambridge Jazz Festival, Cambridge Groove Orchestra is a community big band playing all types of swing, jazz, latin and pop.

Acro Iris Samba Band

We play the hottest (and loudest!) of Brazilian carnival rhythms. Our repertoire includes a range of different pieces, from traditional Brazilian and Cuban rhythms to original pieces written by our members. You'll hear everything from funk to reggae and everything inbetween.

Miss Mercal is a rapper, MC, poet and singer songwriter from London. She aims her lyrics with a precision that could kill - except she delivers them with a fierce warmth that land right into your heart.

Ghost

Kenny Parish aka Ghost is a musician/producer based in Cambridge, England who has spent most of his life writing music. Then in 2000, Ghost took a new direction to his creative output and began writing jungle/breakcore/IDM, filling his spare time mastering work, putting on parties with the LIFE4LAND crew as well as juggling a touring schedule in all corners of Europe.

Boss Lady

DJ and Producer Bosslady started mixing back in 2006 making moves in the underground dance music scene, flawlessly spinning ragga jungle records on the turntables. She quickly built a reputation for extremely heavy tune selection and tight mixing skills leaving the dance floor in flames, seriously this girl is all killers no fillers and she definitely takes no prisoners!

Ed Cox

LIFE4LAND’s co founder Ed Cox’s ‘CLOWNCORE’ has had international recognition due to his unique performances. Fusing traditional music with ska, jungle and breakcore, Ed Cox wraps the lot in his live performances whilst playing the accordion.

Apex HiFi

Roots reggae dubwise sound system occasionally playing in a blues dance style, bringing uplifting vibrations, run for & by the people. We are a collective of People of Colour and white people, with a variety of selectors, singers and players of instruments, sometimes, you'll get live sax or violin on the sound.
